It depends on your drop-off location and when you arrive. Each location has a same-day cutoff time listed at checkout. Drop off before that time and it arrives today. After that, it goes out the next business day. We deliver Monday through Friday.
To track your package, select “Track” on the homepage or tap the 🔍 in the navigation bar. Enter the email address and order number from your confirmation email, then click “Track Package.” Your package status will appear here and update automatically in real time.
Please come with your package ready to go. If you need a bag, our drop-off partners have one available for a small fee via the QR code on the bag. Just keep in mind it adds a few extra minutes, so step aside and get it sorted before rejoining the line.
